NIMROD YEARS
The Pagan priests were astrologers who closely monitored the positions of the sun, moon, 5 of the planets, and
constellations of stars. These were the physical deities they worshipped, and they modeled time over their year
based on sex.
They knew the path of the sun “crossed” the celestial equator at the Vernal and Autumnal Equinoxes, producing equal
days and nights at those events. So, who’s “Nimrod”? He was the first king on the Earth, the grandson of Ham (see
Gen. 10). His secular name is suspected to be Sargon I, and he built Babylon and Nineveh. It was possibly Nimrod
who built the Tower of Babel, a
ziggurat made of bricks; the ruins exist still today.
Nimrod was a tyrant, and that is what his name means! He was a “mighty hunter before
YHWH”. The word “before” means “against” in the Hebrew if you check a concordance. Nimrod turned the people against
the truth, and began the worship of the sky luminaries.
Children were sacrificed in exchange for prosperity. He wore a headpiece with a “horn” in front as ruler, a symbol
of power and authority. In fact, all crowns that are modeled with “horns” are based on this design.
The marauding heathens of Ghengis Khan and the Vikings of the Norse wore horned hats and helmets in their wars.
Nimrod’s idolatry and ruthlessness caused his uncle, Shem, to destroy him, cutting his body into parts and
distributing them around the kingdom. It is said Nimrod took his mother, Semiramis as a wife. At his death, his
wife/mother consoled the people of Sumer by saying she carried Nimrod’s child, and named him Tammuz. Nimrod, she
explained, had gone
into the heavens and was now the sun! So, the sun was the “father”, and the Earth was
now the “mother”. Semiramis was, in effect, a deity representing the Earth. “Ish” is Hebrew for “man”, and she was
worshipped as “Ishtar”. Babylonian pillars—obelisks–represented the generative powers of the male, and were
simultaneously images of the phallus, Nimrod, and a sun-ray! Fertility rituals such as “May Pole” dances are still
seen today. “Ishtar” is the same word we
have today in “Easter”, which superseded Passover.
It’s Nimrod’s mother, also known around the world as Asherah, Astoreth, Ishtar, Eostre,
Astarte,
Maia, Gaia, Diana, Ninurta, Nana, Ceres, Ostara, Austron, Isis / Nut (the sky), Aphrodite,
Venus, Indrani, Devaki, Tanit, Cybele, Artemis, Athena and many others. The Canaanites called their shrines to the
Earth Mother “Asherim”.
Under the topic “calendar”, your encyclopedia will no doubt mention Dionysus Exiguus. When
he became upset by what he saw being practiced when he visited Rome, Mr. Exiguus believed the beginning of the
“year” was January 1st, as most do today, but we’ll explain why that is under Nimrod when his truth barrier gets
broken. Mr. Exiguus knew that the Pagan festival of Saturnalia,
the re-birth of the sun at the winter solstice, had to go. So, he proposed to simply change the reason for
observing the time. All the customs, the date, and symbols remained in place, but he camouflaged the behavior by
declaring it to be observed as the BIRTHDAY of Yahushua. . . . NOT THE
SUN.
To better “anchor” the idea, he estimated that the actual birth of Yahushua had been 525 YEARS prior to his visit
to Rome. He imagined that the end of the Roman/Babylonian year of His birth was “YEAR ZERO”, making that year our
Rabbi’s 525th birthday. He further declared it be the
525th year of our Lord. “year” is the Latin word anno, and “our Lord” is the Latin word domini.
This produced his main contribution to our present numbering of years. Now, we have embraced his estimate
world-wide, and have recorded all history since his time with references to what year of our Lord (A.D.) anything
happened. There had never been anyone thinking it was the year
“524”, because this idea had not yet been established. He referenced everything that happened before the birth as
before Yahushua, giving us the term “B.C.”. Since the time of Exiguus, scholars have refined the accuracy of his
estimate. It turns out that he was 5 years off, and should have determined that year as 530 A.D. You will see this
when you look at any “timeline” in the study versions of the Writings ~ the scholars print the birth of Yahushua as
4 B.C. to 6 B.C. That’s really very funny, because that means we entered the 21st century back in “1996 A.D.”,
roughly. But, no
one recognizes it; and besides,
it’s just a made-up date invented by a man anyway.
The years are all wrong, as well as when they are supposed to start. But, even if the world insists on this system,
let’s look at more nonsense. For years, the media has “brain-washed” the public into believing that the year “2000”
is the beginning of the 21st century. A broadcaster remarked,
“This will be the last World Series Game (US baseball) of the millennium”. He said this in 1999! The “20th” century
began on January 1st, 1901, and the Centennial Year 2000 cannot be called the beginning of the 21st century at all.
If you can count, consider 2000 pennies.
There are 100 pennies in a dollar; and 2000 pennies in 20 dollars. To think that you begin your 21st dollar at your
2000th penny is just bad mathematics. The 19th century included the year 1900. Scholars are not deceived by this,
and history will record this blunder. I point this out only to show how easily the masses can be led with blatant
errors.
Nimrod turned into Santa (shatan?). How much of the “smoke-screen” we accept is based on
how much we want to conform to the “world” around us.
